Midwest Community Property Managers, LLC (Midwest CPM), in partnership with its parent company Abundant Faith Ministries, has been simplifying property ownership and management for over 30 years. Managing more than 100 residential and commercial units, Midwest CPM ensures full compliance with city, state, and federal regulations while serving low-income residents, including women, children, veterans, and individuals facing homelessness.

Since 1998, Midwest CPM has managed King’s Court, an 18-unit IHDA LITC development, handling compliance, maintenance, rent collection, and resident support. In 2001, it began managing Haven House, followed by Haven Apartments in 2006—both dedicated to safe housing for women and children under 30% AMI, with supportive services and compliance with HUD and FHLB.

The organization also oversees a 4-unit property for veterans at 40% AMI, maintaining eligibility for Section 8 and CDBG funding. Midwest CPM supports re-entry efforts through several Single Room Occupancy (SRO) homes and has managed and leased various commercial properties.

Recognized as Springfield’s only Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), Midwest CPM has partnered with local organizations, the City of Springfield, and national funders like NDC and Enterprise. With a long-standing focus on safety, compliance, and community support, Midwest CPM remains dedicated to addressing housing needs across the region.
